A1: Sure, We welcome sample orders for testing, but the courier fee should be shouldered by your side.

A3: 1-5 years warranty based on different price range. We will replace the products or accessories for our customers, if the damage is caused by our side not man-made.

A5: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.02%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new orders for small quantities. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to the real situation.
A6: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample orders. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. And mass quantity orders will be shipped by air or sea.
